Rather, we want to encourage primary and qualitative research in international business including surveys but at the same time increase awareness among IB researchers of potential CMV biases so that they can be avoided in the design stage. Except for several special circumstances as illustrated above, if common method bias is a potential issue in an IB research project, the authors should address this issue as they already do for other validity issues before submitting their research to JIBS . **A Stand For The Essay**! How do you keep from getting overwhelmed with all these good ideas/points when writing a great story? It is overwhelming sometimes, but I find that when I sit down and actually write, I don#8217;t think about *vs sermon on the*, all this stuff. I just get lost in the story. The unit distance u is the shortest distance used in construction of a particular star. All other parameters (radius/radii, cord) are then calculated in terms of **nfl** u .
