The book must have affected the student in some way, changing them for the better or giving them a new way of looking at the world. Description of Program: The Montgomery County Public Library is a Partner to the Montgomery County Public School Early Reading First (ERF) Grant program.The purpose of the Grant is to enhance the Pre-K and Head Start classes so they better prepare children for reading in Kindergarten.
